What embedding models does Voiceeflow use?
Hello! Is it possible to experiment with different embedding models with different dimensions? And can anyone tell me what is the default in voiceflow?

Voiceflow primarily uses its own NLU (Natural Language Understanding) model, which is powerful, quick to train, and supports over 30 languages. You can add data and train the model either through the UI or API. This NLU model is used for intent and entity classification within Voiceflow projects.
Voiceflow also allows you to use its NLU or integrate your own third-party or custom NLU to resolve intents. This means you have the flexibility to use different models as per your requirements.
For more details on how to work with Voiceflow's NLU and integrate custom models, you can refer to the following resources:
- Voiceflow NLU Documentation

No, all this is handled by VF for their KB. No need to worry about embedding models.
@legoman3661 Quick question: why did you ask this question?
Do you have a lot of experience with embeddings?

Hey, thanks for the info! I do not have much experience, I was just wondering how flexible voiceflow is at this point, but I guess it is not that importantš
