Intent is recognized, but flow doesn't kick off
Voiceflow is correctly recognizing the intent but the intent's associated worfklow is no longer kicking off.
See attached screenshots.
I would expect the bot to reply by with "on it" but it's no longer doing that

fwiw, the
SimpleGetSales was inside of a different workflow from the Home workflow
I moved the event / action / intent step into the Home workflow and it seems to be OK now??? 🤷♂️
