To manage your Voiceflow project, it's important to understand the role of the
versionID
. For production, it should be set to 'production'. For development, it should be 'development'.
For the 'development' alias, you need to hit the Run button to compile the version and click the Train Assistant button in the Prototype tool to update the project's NLU. For 'production', the Publish button includes these steps automatically.
When you want to update the production version of your project, in the Voiceflow Creator, click the Publish button. This will replace the previous production version with the version displayed on your canvas.
For more detailed information, you can refer to the Voiceflow Production Documentation.@PETER Erlebach Can you link your Voiceflow account so we can investigate?

I'm also having same issue. It's preventing us from updating all projects so hope to figure out soon. Will also link my account.
Thanks for reporting it, we were able to reproduce the issue and a ticket has been created on our end so we can start investigating.
