Issue with Adding Data Sources to Voiceflow Knowledge Base
Hey guys! I'm encountering an issue when adding data sources to the
knowledge base in Voiceflow. We have a React application with a FAQ section,
from which we take the URLs and add them to the knowledge base. However,
Voiceflow is not capturing the chunks from the page, and consequently, it
cannot answer the questions. We have previously worked with another React
application, and the links worked perfectly. Below, I will send the two links:
the first one (older and to be deactivated in the future) which works, and the
second, the current one which does not show any chunks.
