Issue with Adding Data Sources to Voiceflow Knowledge Base

Hey guys! I'm encountering an issue when adding data sources to the knowledge base in Voiceflow. We have a React application with a FAQ section, from which we take the URLs and add them to the knowledge base. However, Voiceflow is not capturing the chunks from the page, and consequently, it cannot answer the questions. We have previously worked with another React application, and the links worked perfectly. There appears to be an issue with that site. I just tried the first url using firecrawl.dev and got the same thing as VF:
