I cannot setup a step "Set AI" with variable.

I cannot set up a step "Set AI" with variable. When I run preview it gives incorrect variable name and the flow doesn't work.

Did you import / copy this block from another assistant? Do you have the variable created in your assistant?

Thanks, guys for help. I created the block and the variable from scratch. In preview, it can correctly classify "thanks" as path 1. However, when I run the whole flow, it cannot classify "thanks" as path 1, and instead goes to path "else".

And it should go to Resolved block (path 1)

Can you show a screenshot of you prompting in your classify set ai step?

Sure. When I use Preview, it correctly identifies path.
