language clash for unknown answer

Hello, I'm building a support bot. The problem I have is that the agent's language is romanian. All the responses and database are in the correct language. However, when the Agent doesn't understand the prompt, it responds in english that it didn't understand and to try again. Any way I can make it say that in my set language?
