HELP! - AI doesn't detect information from URLs in the Knowledge Base

Hi everyone, I have uploaded several links from an ecommerce store to a KB, but for some reason, the AI can read only some of the information contained in it.

If for example I ask for a specific piece it tells me ho wmuch it costs, but if I ask for the best sellers, it just tells me to go to a website page that doesn't exist (domain.com/best-sellers), without giving me the name of the products found on the Best sellers page.

Any ideas?? Thank you!
