HELP! - AI doesn't detect information from URLs in the Knowledge Base

Hi everyone, I have uploaded several links from an ecommerce store to a KB, but for some reason, the AI can read only some of the information contained in it. If for example I ask for a specific piece it tells me ho wmuch it costs, but if I ask for the best sellers, it just tells me to go to a website page that doesn't exist (domain.com/best-sellers), without giving me the name of the products found on the Best sellers page. Any ideas?? Thank you!

The URLs from uploaded docs are not part of the KB data unless you use the KB Query API

How do I do that?

Have a look at your kb chunks within the KB section of your bot (click to the right of the URL/Doc name in the white space). You will see the text from your page.
