Starting a Voice Assistant with Language Selection

I am making a voice assistant. I want to start with "What is your language?" I will give the user two options: English and French. If the user selects English, I want to start the flow in English. If the user selects French, I want to start the flow in French.

Please note, there is no button option available for making the voice assistant.

How can I achieve this?
