Problems updating the knowledge base automaticly.

Hello guys! Im trying to import sitemapes to my knowledge base, but since my clients companies is in Sweden, the text format get really bad. Letters like åäö get transformed into rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr or tttttttttttttttttt.

Has anyone solved this issue?
