new widget close button
I'm having complaints from users regarding the absense of an X button or even a "close" option on the new widget.
I understand that we are meant to just use the same button as we do to open the widget, but unfortunately this is not very user-friendly if you consider that almost every other application on any device has a close button in the top corner
I would love if this could be added to the new widget if we are going to be forced into using it in the future

Thanks for your feedback. Currently, the new widget design uses the same launcher button to both open and close the chat, which is why there isn’t a dedicated “X” or close option in the top corner. We understand that this isn’t as intuitive as having a separate close button and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
