Elevenlabs voice not working on call
I'm looking to make my elevenlabs voice talk when i hit run and my ai agent makes a call.
My elevenlabs voice doesn't say anything whenever i run it on make.com.
I have to start off by saying i am a total beginner. i am making an outbound ai sales agent that can call companies.
Before i connected my elevenlabs api key and a voice id, it would talk just fine when i run my agent. It would talk in the default/stock voice. I wanted to have a better voice for my agent so i connected my api key from elevenlabs and found a trending voice and pasted it in the custom voice section and saved.
I tested the voice the voice by making a talk block and having it say something and very well the voice works, i then republish my agent and head to make.com. I press run and i get the call, first it says the default message from twilio that i need to upgrade my account to get rid of this message and to press any key to execute my code. I then press 1, and theen... silence. It says nothing. But it worked before i connected the elevenlabs voice.
I have tried everything for 3 DAYS now and i can't figure it out and YES i have double checked my api key from elevenlabs and voice id about a million times now. Thats not the issue. I've done EXACTLY what he's done but it doesn't work.
I have tried to ask chatgpt for solutions and i've tried everything it has told me, but nothing has worked.
I don't know what to do.
