1. Each message now consumes 1 credit, even if it's just triggered by button clicks without AI or API use. This used to be free—so may I ask, when did this change take effect? 2. and When i checking credit usage, I currently have to review each day individually to see the total for the month. Is there a way—or a setting—to view the total monthly credit usage all at once? I need the same type of overview for the total number of conversations as well.

Hi there! 1. The change to a credit-based system—where each message now consumes 1 credit (even if it's simply triggered by a button click without additional AI or API usage)—took effect on April 29, 2025. For more details, you can check out our Voiceflow Credits Overview. 2. Currently, the Voiceflow Analytics dashboard shows your credit usage on a daily basis and provides various metrics (like Total Interactions) to help you monitor agent activity. At this time, there isn’t a built-in setting that aggregates your monthly credit usage or conversation counts into a single view; you’ll need to review or sum up the daily data to get monthly totals.
