Question about new EU Laws for Chatbots

Hi everyone, The EU has recently updated its accessibility requirements (Barrierefreiheit), which now apply more strictly to digital services—including voice and chatbot platforms. Since many of us work with or study tools like Voiceflow to build conversational AI, I’m curious: How can we best ensure Voiceflow chatbots meet these new accessibility standards? Are there practical techniques, design principles, or integrations you’ve found useful to make chatbots usable for people with disabilities (e.g., screen reader compatibility, voice control, clear navigation)? Would love to hear your experiences or ideas on how to adapt conversational flows to be fully compliant and inclusive. Thanks!

I am afraid it's not in there. It's about the EAA (European Accessibility Act) which for example contains that the Chatbots must be detectable by Screenreaders which they are not. Therefore my question: what can you do to meet these new laws and how long will it take that all the Chatbots we build will be supportive of this act in its entirety?
