Voiceflow customer support chatbot is cutting of the answer and not finshing the answer at the end.

i am building an AI chatbot on voiceflow.

Everything is working fine, but an issue im having is, when i ask a queston like shown in the video, (what are your prices) the chatbot cuts of towards the end as shown and dont finsih the asnwer.

this happens when i ask any question, i dont have anything in my instructions prompt to limit wording or anything as shown in the screenshots.

Does anyone know why this might be happening?
