For The Voiceflow team
I need urgent help: yesterday, June 26, 2025 at around 9:00 PM (UTC+3), I accidentally deleted an entire path from my project and lost about three weeks of work. Could you please roll back the project to the snapshot just before the deletion?

Hi there — you can roll your project back yourself from the Backups screen:
1. Open the project → click Settings in the left sidebar.
2. Go to the Backups tab.
3. In Backup History find the backup that was saved before the 26 Jun deletion (check the Date column).
4. Click the ••• menu on that row and choose Restore → confirm.
– Voiceflow will first create an automatic backup of the current state, then load the selected backup.
After the refresh you’ll be back at that snapshot and can keep working.
If no backup appears from before the deletion, it means a manual version/backup wasn’t saved, so unfortunately there’s nothing to roll back to. (doc ref – Environments & Backups → “Restore a backup”)https://docs.voiceflow.com
