Need guidance from someone experienced

Hi guys, I have been working on building customer service agent for a client but I feel like its not doing a proper job. If you have built a voice agent before and are experienced in doing so. Can I please borrow your 10-15 mins to learn from you and share what I have done? Thank you community!
