I need help 😭

I’ve been using the platform for two months and still haven’t been able to deploy a functioning chat agent that can book. I’ve used the cal.com template provided in voice flow but after two test runs it starts to fail (rate limit?). If I add my agent module to it, it fails. I bought a google cal template but if I try to change any steps to make it for my use, it fails. Idk what I’m doing (apparently). I wouldn’t say I’m a beginner but def note an engineer. Using gpt’s is not helping either. Where can I learn how to really use this platform (and quickly). My agent prompt is phenomenal, it picks up all the intents, picks up the booking intent, it runs through my workflow just fine but I just can’t make it work - I get so lost in js. I thought this would be easier 😭 ā€œvisual workflowā€ ā€œdrag and dropā€, this feels like some intermediate coding level at a minimum. I’m also hitting most of my usage just testing these things. Can someone please direct me to a solid resource? And how to stop consuming all my credits just in testing. Thank you. Sorry for the rant, I’m just so stressed out already.
