Credit usage issue

Hey, We are experiencing a bug with the credits, we ran out of credits on the regular 60$ with 10k credits so we upgraded to the 150$ per month one one however now it says we have reached the credit limit in the span of barely 1.5 weeks after upgrading. I'm a bit confused as to what the issue is we only have 2 active chabots. The main chatbot that consumes credits seems to be the one that was made with the old version of voiceflow, the credit consumption does not make sense as the website the chatbot is on only has around 100 visitors per month. Our second chatbot that doesn't consume anything barely is on a website with 25k visitors a month. Could someone please help us with this issue ?
