Anyone p;ease assist, I am trying to make this agent a lead capture and appointment setting agent and its not really doing the job. Where did I go wrong?

Here are the most common things that prevent a “lead-capture + appointment-setter” flow from working, and how to fix them in Voiceflow.
1. Make sure you’re actually storing the user’s details
• Use a Capture Step (Listen ▸ Capture) right after your greeting.
• Switch to Entities and add the entities you need – e.g.
• Add a Rule such as “Email must be valid” so the LLM only accepts proper email addresses.
• Turn Automatically Reprompt ON so the agent keeps asking until the rule is satisfied.
• Test in the Debug panel – in the trace you should see `variables.email =

@Jilson the screenshot is super blurry. can't read the text inside each node
also, if the goal is to use AI to build a lead capture agent, the agent block is usually a quicker, easier way to go
