Accessing VF AI agent template
Hello,
How do I access the new AI agent template and features? Do I just ask for it at the homepage?

How to get the new AI-Agent template & features in Voiceflow
1. Add the template to your workspace
• Log in to the Creator app and stay on the Workspace Home screen.
• Hit “+ New project” → “Browse templates.” This opens the public template library.
• Search for the template name (e.g. AI Agent with Knowledge Base Memory, Complete Support Chatbot, etc.) or filter by Certified to see Voiceflow-made examples.
• Click Clone / Use template – it’s instantly copied into your workspace as a new project you can edit.
↳ Alternative: From the web catalogue (voiceflow.com › Resources › Templates) click Clone template – the link will auto-import it into the Creator once you’re logged in.
2. Explore / customise the new features inside the template
The certified AI-Agent templates already include the latest capabilities (Knowledge Base blocks, memory loops, buttons-&-cards responses, etc.). Open the project and you’ll find:
• Pre-built workflow with Understand → Decide → Respond sections.
• Knowledge Base step(s) wired up for Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Response settings where you can turn Buttons, Cards & Carousels on/off (Agent Settings → Response → Visual tools).
• Example variables, logic, API calls and sample data you can swap for your own.
3. Enable the “visual” response tools (optional)
If you imported an older template, you can still turn on cards/buttons:
Settings ⚙️ (top-right) → Response tab → toggle “Allow buttons / cards / carousels.”
That’s it—no need to request anything from the homepage; all templates and new agent features are self-serve inside the Creator. Happy building!
