CRITICAL PROBLEM
I've built an agent with Voiceflow, and I've connected it to WhatsApp through ManyChat. I'm basically using Voiceflow with API calls, and I receive back (randomly, I don't know why) a type 'end' response, and the conversation ends.
I have literally no end blocks in my workflow, nor are my Javascript blocks failing, so why do I receive 'end' out of nowhere???

@Ric B So this happens at random within your flow? if that's your response, is that not being sent from many chat?

and no javascript block are failing (i have a debug message) neither an actual end blocl

@Ric B Sorry, not JS .. I mean it looks like an API call has returned the 'end ' response. Also check if it's related to a prompt/ai agent step as if the LLM is having errors or an outage this can cause the flow to end.
nope the agent never ends, i specifically told in the prompt not to. I think it's an API prolem
What LLMs are using and how long you had this issue?
I'm using Claude. I've been having is since 2 weeks
tried also to have an app script that removes any \n but still doesnt work
Are you using AI Fallback?
Anthropic having an outage rn as well as during previous weeks, might be related.

@Ric B this is fallback, but it's only available on the business plan. I think your issue is likely LLM related, anthropic have way more outages than openai in my experience.
