Upgrade to Pro issues

I’ve been trying to upgrade to Pro. However I’m seeing a vat_prefix_error message. I am trying to do it as a company, but the form lacks that option. I was successful in adding the card and accepting the charge, and saw that I was charged (pending) 3 times and then just got refused. the company and card are from Spain.
