Voiceflow agent issue

I have created an appointment booking agent which connects via webhook to an n8n agent tha books the appontments via google calendar.The webhook works just fine,the issue is in the voiceflow agent:In the agent block i have built my prompt and have created an exit condition which is triggered when the user want to book «ραντεβου» which means appointment in greek(its a greek agent) as shown in the photo.The issue is that when i test the agent is immediately says “chat ended”.Any ideas for fixing this?
If anyone wants the prompt i can copy it

Hi Alex, it would help if you could show the whole flow. Do you mean that it ends the chats once reaching the exit condition? Where does this exit condition goes into?
