Edit Agent > breaks the pathway links > we then can't seem to edit other agents without?
We edited the welcome agent today - then toggled to another - which breaks the connector - is that normal?.

When you swap the agent that is selected inside an Agent step, Voiceflow has to load the paths / exit-conditions that belong to the newly-selected agent.
Because the previous agent’s paths no longer exist on that step, any connectors that were attached to those old paths are removed.
So what you are seeing – the little “broken” connector icons as soon as you pick another agent – is expected behaviour. After switching agents you just need to: 1. Open the Agent step again. 2. Re-connect the new paths (or the default path) to the next steps in your flow. Tip • If you already wired a lot of logic for one agent and only want a slightly different version, duplicate the Agent in the library first and keep the same paths names – that way your links will stay intact when you point the step to the duplicate.
• Make sure you close the Agent editor before selecting another Agent step; otherwise the canvas can appear “locked” and you won’t be able to edit other steps until the editor is closed. Docs for reference:
