Live Hand-Off Loop-hole
Hey guys can I get some help please, I want to make an alternative for the live hand-off and I would love to get some input for this. So basically I need my reservation agents to be able to respond to the user inside of the chat and help them there but Voiceflow says they do not natively have a live handoff, I don't want to pay for another service because I already pay Voiceflow enough, is there anyway to do this? Thank you
