Hey there! A $500 charge usually means your workspace has a higher-tier plan (e.g., several Business-level editor seats or an annual renewal). Here’s how you can bring your monthly cost down to ~ $250: 1. Open the Voiceflow Creator at https://creator.voiceflow.com 2. In the left sidebar choose Teams & Billing → Billing 3. Review what’s driving the cost: • Plan type – Pro ($60 / editor) vs Business ($125 / editor) • Number of paid editor seats – each extra seat adds $50 (Pro) or $125 (Business) • Billing cycle – annual renewals are paid up-front and appear larger in a single invoice 4. Click Change plan or Remove seats to downgrade / reduce seats until the “Next invoice” amount shows the ~$250 you want. 5. Any changes take effect immediately; the new, lower price will be used for your next bill. (Previous invoices remain as-is.) Tip: you can always keep unlimited free “viewer” roles and only pay for the editors you truly need.
