Where is default customer support agent getting its product information?

I'm looking at the Basic template as shown in the Templates section at the bottom of the default Dashboard. When I ask the AcmeSolutions support agent what the TaskmasterPro application does, it provides a very detailed explanation of that product. However, when I edit the agent and examine the instructions, I don't see this detailed explanation in the instructions. There also isn't a knowledge base that comes with this template. My question is, where is this agent getting this detailed product information? Thanks.
