Hi, I’m having trouble with a dynamic carousel in Voiceflow. The LLM says it will show products, but nothing appears. After entering the order number + email, the bot responds like it’s working, but nothing is displayed. Not sure if the function is actually being triggered or if the payload is empty/malformed. No error message is shown — just no results. Questions: How do I verify that the Order Tracker function is actually triggered with the user inputs? How should the payload or output variable be configured for the results to appear? What’s the exact JSON format the function should return for the bot to display the order details? How can I make the bot show an error or fallback message if no data is returned? Any way to test the function manually with sample inputs to isolate if the problem is in the API or the Voiceflow setup? Could a misconfigured variable mapping between the function and the UI block cause this? Thanks 🙏
