Hi there!
At the moment GPT-5 (or an official GPT-5 API) hasn’t been released by OpenAI, so it isn’t listed among Voiceflow’s natively supported models.
What you can use today: • OpenAI’s GPT-4 family – including GPT-4 Turbo and GPT-4o – via the built-in “OpenAI” LLM option.
• Any other model (open-source or third-party) by calling its API from a Function or Code step. When OpenAI eventually makes GPT-5 publicly available you’ll be able to connect it the same way:
• Either through Voiceflow’s native OpenAI connector once it’s updated, or
• Immediately via a custom HTTP call in a Function step (Bring-Your-Own-API). Until then, the latest model you can select inside Voiceflow is GPT-4o/GPT-4 Turbo.

not true. GPT-5 has been released in the API. Same with Opus 4.1... Where is it? @Braden (Voiceflow CEO)

GPT-5 will be out next week @Bradley We didn't release day 1 as new models often have stability problems as folks rush to try them
