Automatic knowledge base from shopify API call
Hey guys, can someone help me with this thing? I want to create chatbot with voiceflow for Shopify store and I got one problem. I dont want to add products to knowledge base manually, cause it will be chatbot for clothing brand that adds a lot of products monthly and it would be a lot of work. So I created API call for storefront API of Shopify to get informations about all the products from that store and save it to variable. Then I tell AI agent to take information from that variable but it is not working properly… Maybe to much information or something. Is there a better way to do it (for example to save automaticaly info from this variable to knowledge base or something)? I would really appreciate any help, please.
