parallel_tool_use error

Hi, I need help with agent behaviour. Agent has knowledge base search tool switched on. No other tools are switched on. It also has 2 exit conditions defined and generally it works fine but for some specific questions not related with exit conditions it returns parralel_tool_use error and ednds conversation. Please help!
