Cannot remove footer text anymore?
Is it raw coded, that "Powered by Voiceflow" is not removable anymore in new projects?

You can still remove the “Powered by Voiceflow” line in the chat-widget footer, but only if the workspace is on a paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Teams).
Where to find the toggle
1. Open the project → Interfaces tab → Widget.
2. Scroll to the “Footer” section.
3. Turn off “Powered by Voiceflow”. If you’re on the Free plan the toggle is hidden and the attribution is permanently shown; upgrading re-enables the switch. Docs reference: https://docs.voiceflow.com (Interfaces → Widget → Footer settings).

I have noticed this today! We are also on a Pro plan and cannot remove this?! Please help!

Yeah, it is not changeable. We are on Business plan currently

We're moving away from pure whitelabelling on that side as we realized we're one of the only companies that does this and it's hurting our brand quite a bit, so we're making it an Agency program perk vs something out of the box. We're basically going to have this as a behind-the-scenes perk moving forward for Agency partners. For the average business building on VF though we want to remove this option

Hey team, just to confirm — is this something we can actually remove or not? I read that upgrading to a paid plan would allow me to remove the footer text, so I joined the Business plan. But the footer is still showing, which makes me think we might not be able to use the webchat if it can’t be removed.
