automated knowledge base

what solution are you using, to update the information in your knowledge base, without having to upload new files? there are many automation tools, is this how you do it? just including the URLs doesnt seem like a good solution, right?

how would i do that? can i create the backend by uploading urls and how would filtering and clustering important information function? because right now, my knowledgebase is build on documents that i wrote, the information is from the official website and i compiled them into different documents sorted by topics, this isnt a smart solution tho

if you are a coder then u can create scraping script and then upload data to voiceflow kwoledbase using their API
