Voice Agent not executing any tools or exit conditions
Hi! Thanks for any help on this. I can’t figure out why my voice agent won’t call any tools or exit conditions.
They all have descriptions.
The prompt has descriptions on when to use.
I set up intents as a fallback, still nothing.
I’ve tried different LLMs.
Aside from that, conversationally it’s working great. I just can’t get it to call any tools, recognize any intents, follow an exit condition. It’s just talking, saying it will do what it’s supposed to do but never triggers anything.
In the logs I can see it says it triggers the knowledge base but I have KB off and nothing in my prompt telling it to do that. But there’s never any [Agent] calling tools in the logs.

Update: recreated under a new project and it’s working now. Phew. So not urgent anymore but wonder what went wrong on the other one.
