Get Transcripts with Dialogue - API Issue
I am attempting to create a Make automation to download/pull the Transcript dialogue so that I can provide my client with a record of the conversations that happen without giving them direct access to the VoiceFlow dashbaord. The problem I'm running into is that the GET HTTP request hits a 500 server error. I've double checked my project ID, API key, etc. I wonder if it has to do with the update to the transcript system because, well, the Fetch Project Transcripts call doesn't pull back a TranscriptID. It has a sessionID but that doesn't necessarily correlate to the TranscriptID.
Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?
Has anyone already setup an automation/method of retrieving the Transcripts?
