Conversation Flow Question
Hello, So I'm having a confusion moment.
Context:
Chatbot for Physiotherapy clinic.
Chatbot starts with buttons, no match included, if user chooses a button it goes thorugh a flow of more buttons and messages.
In most of my chatbot i dont capture responses, i guide the user with buttons, and then if user needs something other than presented in the button, i add a no match with path.
No Match path sends user to my Agent only workflow.
Problem:
This where the confusion starts for me.
When the no match path is triggered, and user is sent to the Agents, I'm having a hard time figuring out how to answer the user, while still keeping him conected to the whole chatbot.
Since most of my chatbot is messages and buttons, once they reach the Agent Hub, that is a dead end, where I need to solve everything inside the Agents Worflow.
What I wish to do:
What I wish to do is... When the user reaches the Multiple Agent hub/worflow, and is question is answered, then I wish to redirect to watever part of the whole chatbot that interests them, because I wish for them to go through those handmade flows with buttons and messages.

And I can't do that, because once they reach the agent section, all the answers come from the agents, and the conection with the other workflows - mainly buttons and messages - is ended.
How do I fix this? Did I explain myself well? Do you need more clarification?
