Where you can find more information about necessary Cookie settings for example in order for Voiceflow chatbot to work properly?
My question concerns the cookies used by the chat and what it needs in order to function. What kind of cookies are they and what do they do? With regard to GDPR, can they all be classified as “necessary,” so that the chat would work without requiring users to accept all cookies? In other words, following Cookiebot’s categories, would they go under “Necessary” rather than Preferences, Statistics, or Marketing?
