Is there any API method change?

Hello, just seeing my voiceflow doesnt directly Go to else path in if else and intent and much more. So i need to trigger manually the else or something. Is there any change in voiceflow API?

Basically last time i know it will trigger itself so voiceflow will sending array of text even there is IF BOX in the middle of the flow Its happening today

It's been happening for the last 12 hours all of my builds have stopped, change log only shows the new call forward in agents feature

Same boat here. If you only need a specific user to work if you run a Delete State on the userId it pop it back and work @Nehal Azhar @bitzzy

Run this for your voiceflow API key and a userId and then re-engage: https://docs.voiceflow.com/reference/deletestate-1 New users still won't work, but if you delete the state and then they re-engage, it works

just doing in an API trial with same userID 1. interact -> stuck 2. delete 3. interact -> stuck so i think its not work on me 🙁

It has to do with where a condition trace exists in your workflow. If it doesn't work it means the condition causing the problem is early in your flow. Hopefully they get this resolved quickly.

@bitzzy @Cogless Hey I found the soltuion something that worked for me in the config set "stopAll": false delete the state of the user and try again for me this fixed the issue
