Collecting information on a call

When a user is on a call and trying to provide their phone number my AI Agent can't seem to hear them. The agent keeps asking the user to repeat the number even though the number is being said very clearly. The AI agent collects the name and email address just fine, but can't seem collect the phone number. Any help would be amazing! Thanks!
