Exension not rendering but logs state no problem
Hey guys,
I work with an agent step and an extension. What happens is the following:
1) The Agent navigates to the exit if all questions in the agent step are sufficiently answered and says thank you for answering and now we do the last step.
2) Then, a message appears "Please fill out this form"
3) An extension is triggered with 7 form fields.
4) Users fills this out and clicks "Continue"
5) Payload is received via Java step and a success message is displayed.
My problem:
A user got to the point of answering all agent questions. Step 2 got triggered aswell. The form trigger was reached aswell as the logs are stating. but the user didn't the see form. He then typed in his last answer again, the form trigger was reached again but still no form. Regarding the logs, 7 variables changed but the Payload says NULL for every form field. it then reaches the end of the chat but the form infos are missing completely on my side becuase the form never appeared. I don't understand:
1) Why wasn't the form shown?
2) Why does the logs say: 7 variables changed when nothing changed because the user couldn't type something in the form?
The latency with over 13 seconds seems off to me aswell. You can check the logs
