How do I downgrade to a free plan
I signed up and it automatically added me to the Pro version. I need students to explore the software. One week is not enough for them to explore it. The damn chat bot on the voice flow application is THE MOST USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE BOT I have seen

Hey there! You can move yourself (and your students) back to Voiceflow’s free Sandbox tier in just a few clicks:
1. Log into the Voiceflow dashboard: https://creator.voiceflow.com
2. In the left sidebar open Teams & Billing ➜ Billing.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription.
That immediately ends the 7-day Pro trial and the workspace is downgraded to the free Sandbox plan at the start of the next billing cycle (if you’re still in the trial, you won’t be charged at all).
Sandbox plan basics
• 1 editor seat (you)
• Unlimited view-only collaborators – so you can invite students as viewers for free
• 2 projects, 50 KB sources/agent, 100 AI credits, etc. If every student wants their own account they can each sign up, go to the same Billing screen, hit Cancel Subscription, and stay on the free Sandbox plan indefinitely—no credit card needed. I am not sure that’s expected of the user to understand. All systems are not the same.
And since Voiceflow positions itself as a conversational agent, shouldn’t it ask the user if the free trial is up or not, or that it will get updated after the trial time is over?
Also, another colleague who signed up, never had this issue. They didn’t get signed up for a Pro plan automatically.
How is a FRER trial a issue, in the bottom left corner it tells you how many days you have of a free trail left. You aren't forced to pay afterwards.
Don't worry about it. AI is changing constantly, easy to lose track of all the different systems. I think that everyone gets a complementary paid tier trial. The free sandbox plan is very powerful as well. Still was able to do a ton after the downgrade before going on to the paid tier. Careful to not run out of tokens/credits, haha

yes I am aware of the tokens and credits…the only thing one sees is upgrade but the Voiceflow bot tells you “click on the downgrade button” but the user can’t see it. It’s anxiety inducing.
