Hampering website performance due to bot
We have been told that the bot is not caching anything and it is coming in transfer memory which is reducing our performance. How do we optimise this?
Also in another image you can see it says consider setting font-display to swap or optional this is also hampering the perfomrance . How do we resolve this? @Tico | Voiceflow Assistant @Steve B. | IntelleSync.ai any help is appreciated

The chat widget loads asynchronously (in the background) and does not slow down your website at all. As far as caching is concerned, I believe it ensures that the chat data / text is always the latest version. @NiKo | Voiceflow
