KB Issues, can't upload files

When we try uploading files right now it is stuck with the status of the file just loading. Is this an ongoing issue? We tried with different bots and this bug is occurring on all of them. Thank you!

Hi there 👋 Uploads shouldn’t sit in a perpetual “loading” state – there isn’t a current platform-wide outage. When that spinner never finishes it’s almost always a cached browser session or a local network hiccup. A few quick things to try: 1. Hard-refresh the Creator tab (CMD/CTRL + SHIFT + R) or open the project in an incognito/private window. 2. Clear your browser’s cache & cookies, then log back in. 3. Make sure the file is within the KB limits (≤ 50 MB and in a supported format such as PDF, DOCX, MD, TXT, etc.). 4. Disable any VPN / strict corporate proxy temporarily to rule out network filtering. 5. Retry the upload. Still blocked? You can sidestep the UI by uploading through the Voiceflow CLI:
voiceflow document upload-file --file ./yourDoc.pdf
voiceflow document upload-file --file ./yourDoc.pdf
