❓ Question: Carousel switch works but no response after selecting new competition
Hi everyone, I’m building a competition support chatbot in Voiceflow.
What I’ve done:
I’m using API + document tags so that the Agent always answers from the correct Knowledge Base (no mixing between competitions).
Users can ask questions smoothly with great accuracy as long as they stay inside one competition.
I’ve already set an exit back to the Carousel when they say “switch competition / 其他比賽”.
The Carousel does show up again, and the user can pick another competition.
Problem:
After the user selects a new competition from the Carousel:
The {competition_tag} should reset to the new value.
But the flow gets stuck → no KB answer, no Agent response at all.
anyone has clue about what i should do to fix this?
*i try the button, but i have more than 5 competitions, which exceed the no. of buttons i can set
