I'm on business plan, but can't disable VF branding still

Hello, I've upgraded to the business plan. However I still don't see an option to disable VF branding on any of my chatbots aside from one. This one chatbot I was able to see the toggle option **before** I upgraded for some reason. That chatbot works, but the other 5 do not. Any suggestions?
