Images load in Voiceflow but show “not found” on WhatsApp (Flowbridge integration)
Hi everyone,
I’m working on an e-commerce Voiceflow project and I’m running into a strange issue.
When testing inside Voiceflow, the product images are retrieved correctly from my Supabase database. The image URLs are public and open fine in a browser.
However, when the same flow runs on WhatsApp through Flowbridge, the images fail to load and appear as “not found.”
Has anyone experienced this before or know what could be causing it? Could it be related to how Flowbridge or WhatsApp handles external image URLs?
I’m open to consulting if anyone has dealt with this issue before and can help me fix it.
