Error Importing a .vf file

HELP! I copy pasted a JSON code into a text file and converted the textfile into .vf and tried to import the .vf file into voiceflow.
I keep getting an error.
I have attached the .vf file and error screenshot along with this message

why did you copy the json? why not just export the project and then import it?

That will not work. You need to build out the flow within the builder.
