AHow to connect the Voiceflow bot to calling service bot
I connected my Twilio account and also a Phone number +19X4XXX82X
I have also set up the Knowledge base to this Twilio Phone number but when I call at this number nothing happens. The voicebot doesn't talk.
How can I make it such that when I call this number, the bot starts talking from the knowledge base given to it.
Please help me out here.
