Mixed Input Chatbot: Buttons vs. Free Text Routing

Hey guys, I'm struggeling in my build : I'd like to have this openner, and if the user types a message instead of clicking a button, I'd like to redirect it to an AI agent that can handle the question, but I can't manage to do it ; I've enabled "listen for other triggers" but idk how to link it to the ai agent
