Voicebot and Twilio integration

Hey together. I now have several customers who want to use my Voiceflow voicebot. Now I'm wondering how best to set this up in Twilio. How do you do it, or how would you recommend doing it? 1. Do you create one main Twilio account and run all customer numbers through your billing? 2. Do I need to create a sub-account in the main account for each customer, or is it better to create separate Twilio main accounts? 3. As soon as I create other accounts or sub-accounts, I have to resend the customer's commercial register number so that the business can be verified. Is that the right way to do it? 4. What kind of setup do you have with customers? Twilio is the only option, correct? 5. Do you do the billing yourself, or should the customer do the billing themselves, etc.? Yeah, it's for german region 🙂

Hey! I can help you set up your Voiceflow voicebot with Twilio for multiple German customers. Typically, using Twilio sub-accounts per client keeps billing centralized and simplifies management, while separate accounts give customers full control but require individual verification. I can guide you through number setup, commercial verification, and choosing the right billing flow. Twilio is the most reliable option for this, but I can also suggest alternatives if needed. Do you want to manage all billing yourself or let each customer handle it? @ScaBasX
